چکیده
The interaction between rhizobia and other nodule-associated bacteria assists to mitigate nutrient stress in leguminous plants by fixing atmospheric nitrogen synthesizing plant growth regulators. beneficial effects of microbial inoculants emphasize the need for further research their use modern agriculture. present study describes isolation, molecular identification, characterization, phylogenetic analysis noduleassociated from Mimosa pudica Linnaeus. Isolation phenotypic characterization were carried out according standard procedures. Molecular isolates was performed using 16S ribosomal RNA. Plant promoting ability selected analyzed assessing indole acetic acid production, nitrogenfixing organic production. Evolutionary distance relatedness neighbor-joining method. Thirteen isolated identified rRNA gene sequencing. such as Rhizobium sp. CU8 three co-resident non-rhizobial (Bacillus cereus MY5, Ralstonia pickettii MY1 Lactococcus lactis MY3) exhibited promotion potential activities. Phylogenetic revealed genetic evolutionary significance all thirteen reside root nodule M. pudica. four with properties. L. MY3 is first report a promoter nodules

Contractile Characteristics of Mimosa pudica L.
The force-velocity characteristics of the primary pulvinus of Mimosa pudica have been determined using a new polytonic measurement technique. The contractile characteristics were determined from a modified form of Hill's equation (Hill, A. V. 1938. Proc. Roy. Soc. London B126: 136-195) describing the physiological contractile behavior of animal muscle. The values of the resulting Hill's constan...
متن کاملMechanoreceptor Cells on the Tertiary Pulvini of Mimosa pudica L.
Special red cells were found on the adaxial surface of tertiary pulvini of Mimosa pudica and experiments performed to determine the origin and function of these cells. Using anatomical (light, scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy) and electrophysiological techniques, we have demonstrated that these red cells are real mechanoreceptor cells. They can generate receptor potential ...
متن کاملAdaptive Anatomical Structure for Nastic Movement in Mimosa Pudica L
In order to study the adaptive anatomical structures during nastic movement of Mimosa pudica L., anatomical structures of main pulvinus, common petioles, rachis and leaflets were compared with Albizia julibrissin Durazz. (taken as control). The anatomical structures of main pulvinus and common petiole of M. pudica were different from that of A. julibrissin. Upon stimuliti, the protoplast volume...
متن کاملIsolation and Characterization of Nodule Associated Bacteria from Chickpea and their Potential for Plant Growth Promotion
Chickpea (Cicer arietinum) is an important legume crop grown under rainfed agriculture in India. It’s economic success relies on symbiotic nitrogen fixation (SNF) with root nodulating bacterium Mesorhizobium ciceri. These bacteria regularly interact with other rhizospheric microorganisms as well as host endophytic microorganisms. The endophytic bacteria reside latently or colonize the plant tis...
متن کاملLearning in Plants: Lessons from Mimosa pudica
This article provides an overview of the early Mimosa pudica literature; much of which is in journals not easily accessible to the reader. In contrast to the contemporary plant learning literature which is conducted primarily by plant biologists, this early literature was conducted by comparative psychologists whose goal was to search for the generality of learning phenomena such as habituation...
